What We Do
Our process for engaging the vulnerable stands on three pillars: Connecting, Equipping, and Empowering. We work to connect the global church, equip partners and advocates, and empower vulnerable communities.
CONNECT
We create introductions and facilitate ongoing relationships between partners, advocates, and churches around the world through opportunities to pray, give, go, and grow.
Many Christians want to partner with an effective local leader but don’t know who to trust or where to start. 127 introduces these Christians to our ministry partners who are already caring for the disadvantaged with excellence. Our partners are experts in the local culture and understand the complexity of the need facing their neighbors. By facilitate ongoing relationships between local leaders and western believers, we help them work together effectively so that, as the global church, we direct the giftings of the entire body of Christ toward empowering vulnerable communities to flourish.
EQUIP
We support partners through coaching & granting for specific collaborative projects aimed at empowering vulnerable communities & we provide ongoing educational and discipleship opportunities for advocates to support partners in healthy ways.
We equip our partners through coaching and trainings geared towards building Gospel-centrality, independence, and best-practices knowledge aimed at empowering vulnerable communities.
127 equips western Christians in best practices for vulnerable community care so that their partnership empowers vulnerable communities to flourish.

EMPOWER
Through local leaders, we aim to provide vulnerable communities with the tools to use their God-given potential to meet the spiritual and physical needs of their community.
We focus on empowerment in 3 ways

- We empower partners to maximize their gospel work through collaboration with the global church
- Working through local leaders, we empower vulnerable communities with the gospel to flourish as God intended
